By accessing and using the services of Konjyosom Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide technology solutions including but not limited to CCTV systems, access control, ELV systems, networking, website design, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and our discretion.

3. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change based on project scope changes
  • A deposit may be required before commencement of work
  • Final payment is due upon project completion

4. Service Booking

  • Service bookings are subject to technician availability
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Emergency services may incur additional charges
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Warranty

We provide warranty on our installations and services as follows:

  • CCTV installations: 1 year warranty on workmanship
  • Equipment warranty as per manufacturer terms
  • Website development: 3 months free support
  • AMC services: As per contract terms

6. Limitation of Liability

Konjyosom Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
